Over several years, we helped build Germany’s largest YouTube channel: Kidibli. What began with video editing evolved into a full-scale production project – from the initial idea to the finished content.
From Editing to Full Production
Our collaboration with the channel started in video editing. Over time, we took on concept development, set construction, directing, casting, music, and complete post-production – all in-house. This turned individual services into a centrally managed, end-to-end production process.
Content with a Clear Structure
Kidibli targets a young audience – while fully following the platform’s rules. Every scene had to work instantly: visually, narratively, and emotionally. The standards were high – not only for dramaturgy and editing but also for recognizability and format consistency.
Focus on Reach
Kidibli wasn’t a classic educational format – it was a data-driven channel with the goal of generating reach. We worked with short suspense arcs, high stimulus levels, and precise storytelling – while always keeping the content child-friendly.
What Remains
At the time of its sale, the channel – together with its related formats – had reached around 40 million views. For us, Kidibli was a long-term project that showed what happens when entertainment is taken seriously and executed professionally.
